Instructions

  1. Take a bowl, put cut okra in it. Add gram flour and 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, dry mango powder, 1/2 tsp chaat masala powder and salt.
  2. Add some dropes of water to coat the mixture on to the okra.
  3. Fry the coated okra into hot oil.
  4. Take a bowl, put yogurt add salt, red chilli powder and cumin powder in it . Mix well.
  5. Pour the yogurt mixture in serving bowl and put the fried okra on top of the yogurt mixture.
  6. Serve the delicious Kurkuri Bhindi Ka Raita now.
