Ingredients
- 100 grm Okra ( bhindi ) cut into strips
- 1 tbsp Gram flour
- 1 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp Dry mango powder ( amchur )
- 1 tsp Chaat masala
- 2 cup yogurt whisked
- To taste Salt
- For frying Oil
- As requirement Water some dropes
- 1/4 tsp Cumin powder
Servings: 4 people
Instructions
- Take a bowl, put cut okra in it. Add gram flour and 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, dry mango powder, 1/2 tsp chaat masala powder and salt.
- Add some dropes of water to coat the mixture on to the okra.
- Fry the coated okra into hot oil.
- Take a bowl, put yogurt add salt, red chilli powder and cumin powder in it . Mix well.
- Pour the yogurt mixture in serving bowl and put the fried okra on top of the yogurt mixture.
- Serve the delicious Kurkuri Bhindi Ka Raita now.
