Potato Cheese Chop | Veg Recipes

Ingredients
- 1 cup Cottage cheese (paneer) grated
- 1 cup Potato Boiled and grated
- 1 no Green chilli
- 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Dry mango powder ( amchur )
- 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
- To taste Salt
- 1/2 tbsp Aniseed
- 1/2 tbsp Coriander seeds
- 1/2 tsp Asfotiada
- 2 tbsp Corn flour
- 1 cup Semolina (sooji) For coating
- For frying Oil
Instructions
- Take a bowl , put potato , paneer , chilli & all spices.
- Mix them well.
- Make round shape tikki from the mixture.
- Take a new bowl , put corn flour & water and make a smooth batter.
- Tikkies deep in this batter and coat with semolina and deep fry in hot oil until golden.
- Potato Cheese Chop is ready to serve hot with coriander chutney and tamarind chutney.
